More like Siew Pau. One of the best I've tasted.Tasty minced meat inside a crispy-buttered layer of skin.
Famous Siew Yoke...crispy skin with a little bit layer of fat.
Sizzling Pork with Tau Foo-hot and goes well with steam rice.
Lemon chicken-not too sour, crunchy on the outside, tender in the inside.
I love the variety of food in the menu but be prepared to fork out some money as prices are quite expensive here.
